My work sits between business teams and technical delivery: understanding the real process, shaping Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, and turning messy operational needs into systems people can actually use.
About me
I like the practical side of digital transformation.
I started from business and systems analysis, and over time moved deeper into CRM, customer service, sales process design, and Power Platform. What I enjoy most is helping people describe what they need clearly enough that a solution can be designed, built, tested, and adopted.
My background includes CRM modernization, public-sector cloud migration, enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 rollouts, lead scoring automation, and BI-enabled operations. Recently, I have also been building AI workflow projects that connect career preparation, structured prompting, and product-style delivery.

The most successful CRM projects I have seen were not only about choosing the right platform. They worked because users understood the purpose, managers trusted the data, and the new process made daily work easier instead of heavier.
